

Rules for renting our property
These Rules must be acknowledged and agreed to prior to renting our property.
- Unless otherwise arranged, our standard Check in time is 2pm and our standard
check out time is by 11am.

- A $150 cleaning fee applies to all bookings, this is non negotiable.
​
- Please abide by our quiet hours for our neighbours comfort. Quiet hours are from 10:30pm - 9am all days of the week. No loud music or loud activities during this time.

- All guests staying at the house, must be declared when requesting a booking (including pets).
​
- No smoking inside the house at all.
​
- No more than 7 people are permitted to stay at the property.
- No parties, weddings, or gatherings are to take place on the property at any time.
​
- No one over the age of 14 is to sleep on or use the top bunk bed.
​
- All rubbish to be placed in outside council bins before guests depart - no rubbish is to be left in the indoor bins or anywhere else inside the house.
​
- Please do not flush any sanitary products, wipes or diapers down the toilet.
​
- Please do all dishes prior to leaving and ensure dishwasher is empty if it is used.
- Please leave house generally tidy.
​
- All used towels are to be placed inside the bath in the bathroom before guests depart.
​
- All used beds are to be left un-made.
​
- Guests will be responsible for any damage occurring to the property during their stay.
